wasn’t getting enough power. It took them 30 minutes from the time I called for them to get to my house. Within 10 minutes, Dan and his team identified both issues and fixed the shorted wires in the house. It took less than an hour to fix the issue with the AC. They were highly professional and gave me an excellent price. I would recommend their services to anyone needing electrical work.

His prices are fair. He won't add on work that's not needed. It's done right the first time.
On the front end he explained that he does emergency work for Centrepoint so there might be schedule changes. There were, but since he was communicative, we didn't consider it a problem.
He also went above and beyond to guide us through the process of getting old open Harvey permits closed. I consider him a godsend and won't use anyone else in the future. He also referred us to our new plumber, so I have to thank him twice.

with a part from Home Depot only to discover the circuit breaker had melted the connection to the panel. Uh-oh, now it's out of my pay grade. I still had power to the remaining circuits, but the one circuit that failed was the upstairs AC unit, which in Houston in July is pretty important, at least my 3 kids who sleep upstairs think so.
Anyway, called several electrical contractors, none could come out until Tuesday or Thursday next week to even take a look. Left a message with Danny at Thor Enterpises, he called me back very quickly. I sent him a few pictures of the situation, he hunted around (on a Sunday) for parts that might enable a simple repair, rather than full replacement. Then we both accepted that complete replacement was the only option, but it would be better to wait until Monday to the work, when he'd have his full teams available.
He knew the AC was out though, so he came by on Sunday, temporarily rerouted the AC power to the still functioning oven circuit to get us through the night, then gave me a reasonable quote for replacement.
His two employees came by the next day and they were professional, courteous and efficient in their job. Overall I was very happy with their service. I'd definitely recommend Danny and his crews for Electrical work.
